DELIVERY

We offer free delivery on all items purchased within the UK. No hidden costs or charges. Any items purchased from Europe and/or the rest of the world, there will be a standard charge of £7.50 for delivery.

Delivery estimation 5-10 working days in the UK. Please allow longer for deliveries for Europe and further.

Please note that any items bought from outside the EU may be responsible for customs charges, import taxes, clearance fees. These are your responsibility to look into.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may delay your order further.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. For details on public holidays in the destination country, please refer to your local government website.

Delays may also occur as a result of pending payment verifications, customs clearance or weather, which is out of our control. You as the customer are responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. We recommend you contact your local customs authority or post service if you have any queries regarding your items.

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

 

RETURNS

After you have ordered an item from ULLR & SKADE and for some reason you aren’t happy with what you have purchased, they can be returned or exchanged. Please make sure you have read our terms & conditions. You have 14 days from purchasing the item(s) to return it to us.

If you wish to return your item(s), please email us first stating the reason for your request so we can then start processing the return.

Returns and exchanges will be evaluated to check the condition of the items and processed upon receiving of the item(s). Items returned to us must be in the condition they were sold at with all labels and tags attached where applicable. We do not accept returned item(s) that have been worn or washed.

Return packages are your responsibility until it is received by us.

It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and trackable services when returning the item(s).

Upon dispute, ULLR & SKADE reserve the right to make the final decision on all return item(s).

We can refund sale item(s) at the price they were sold.

We do not refund the cost of postage.

 

INCORRECT/MISSING/FAULTY PRODUCTS

As a valued customer, please contact us if any products you receive from us is damaged, missing and/or incorrect. Please include your order number, detailed photographs and any other details of the item(s) upon receiving the package. We will do our very best to solve and issues you may have.
